Terms and Conditions
1) I will contact you as soon as possible following your contact through the website form or email, to discuss any dates, requirements and arrangements.
2) Confirmation of booking details will ensure your provisional booking, and your agreement of these terms and conditions.
3) All wedding clientele will receive a price breakdown of services required. Wedding bookings will be secured immediately upon receiving a completed and signed contract and an £80 non-refundable/transferable booking fee. The outstanding balance will be divided equally into 2 non refundable/transferable instalments, with 50% of the payment due on the trial day by cash or bank transfer before the trial ends and the final 50% payment due no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding day. Admin fees are already calculated into each quote.
4) Completed and signed contracts are final, any changes to numbers of your party must be finalised 6 months prior to your wedding date. Any changes or number reductions made after this time will still be charged full price.
5) Wedding trial bookings are available Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm. Fridays, Saturday and Sundays are reserved for weddings and special occasion bookings only.
6) Photos taken by Helen Andrew may be used on this website, social media accounts or for advertising purposes, by signing and returning your completed contract you are giving your permission for photos to be used on the above terms.
7) For all other bookings (i.e photoshoots and special occasions) a 50% non-refundable/transferrable deposit will be required to secure your booking, the outstanding balance will be due to pay on the day of service by cash or bank transfer before I leave.
8) All corporate companies & businesses will be invoiced upon completion of agreed work. Full payment must be paid no later than 30 days of invoiced date. The invoice will include agreed expenses.
9) I reserve the right to rebook or cancel if fees are not paid on time.
10) Unfortunately I do not provide credit terms.
11) Transferring or Cancellation of services:
I reserve the right (as a last resort) to cancel the booking at any time without liability, in this eventuality I will offer alternative options or a full refund.
12) Terms and Conditions are subject to change and will be updated on my website.
13) I am not responsible for the content of external websites linked for your information.

15) Helen Andrew adopts a zero tolerance approach to abusive, aggressive, threatening or violent behaviour. Any abusive/aggressive/threatening or violent behaviour will result in immediate refusal of services to be carried out, any outstanding monies must be paid in full and if necessary further action will be taken.
